My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but a few of the parts weren’t the ones I had selected. I had to reach out to support and then wait for the correct pieces to arrive, which was frustrating. Everything is working fine now, but based on my experience, the order accuracy could definitely be better...

I returned a desk and wish I’d been prepared for how long the refund would take. I had to keep following up, and while support did eventually respond, it dragged on for weeks. I only got a clear answer after emailing them twice, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a complete nightmare, but I definitely regret not asking more about the return process upfront.

I was hoping this would feel a lot more solid, but it wobbles more than it should. it was disappointing, and instead of feeling like the product just wasn’t built well, it kind of felt like I was stuck figuring out how to make it work...

The instructions were really clear and easy to follow. What more could you ask for? I didn’t have any trouble figuring things out.

I ordered a desk from tribesigns and, to be fair, it arrived faster than I expected. When I opened the box though, I noticed one corner of one of the boards was chipped, which was disappointing.

That said, the rest of the pieces looked fine, and once I got it assembled, the desk felt sturdy and looked good. Assembly did take a little while, but nothing too frustrating or unusual for furniture like this.

I reached out to customer support and they did respond, which I appreciated. I can’t say it was a perfect experience because of the damage, but I also don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. Overall, I’m still fairly happy with the desk.

I got a tribesigns desk for my home office and was actually surprised by how nice it is. The boards feel thick, the finish looks clean, and everything arrived in good shape with no scratches or chipped corners.
Assembly took me a bit, but nothing too crazy. I did check with support about one step, and they basically said to line everything up loosely first before tightening it all down, which helped. Once it was together, it felt really sturdy with no wobble. For the price, I’m happy with it and I’d buy another one.

I had to contact customer service, and they got back to me after a couple of days and sent the parts out. It was an annoying wait, but everything was eventually sorted out...

I don’t remember every single step, but the checkout felt smooth overall. Ordering was easy, the payment went through on the first try, and I do remember the shipping cost showing up before I paid, which was nice. The only thing that stuck with me in a not-so-great way was the page loading a little slowly at one point.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size desk and assumed the return was going to be a hassle. But support got back to me quickly, and from the tone of their message, it felt like they were actually trying to help instead of just sending a copy-paste reply.

The refund showed up after they received the desk back, so it wasn’t instant, but that seemed fair to me. No weird back-and-forth or runaround, just a smooth return overall

i mean, it’s always a relief when all the screws and hardware are actually in the box. No missing pieces, which was nice.

The delivery was the big issue for me. It showed up later than expected, and the updates were basically useless. Whoever handled the delivery seemed like a bunch of clowns, because the whole thing felt disorganized from start to finish. Not exactly a smooth order, and I’m definitely not in a hurry to buy again...

I grabbed a desk from Tribesigns it feels solid so far. It’s not like suuuper heavy duty or anything, but for daily use it’s been holding up really well. I did take off one star because it came with a few small scratches, which was kinda annoying, but overall I’m happy with it.

I gave it 3 stars because the item did arrive in one piece, but the packaging had me a little nervous, you know? The box showed up with a few dents and one corner was kind of crushed, so I wasn’t sure what I was going to find when I opened it. Luckily, nothing inside was damaged. There was some padding, but it didn’t feel like quite enough, especially for a heavier item. Maybe it was just a one-off, but I do think they should pack these more carefully.

The desk looks fine now that it’s finally together, but wow, the assembly was more frustrating than I thought it would be. A few of the holes didn’t line up quite right, and the instructions weren’t super clear, so I kept second-guessing myself. I’m curious if other people had the same issue or if I just got unlucky with mine. It’s not a terrible desk, but I definitely wouldn’t be excited to put another one together...

I was a bit disappointed because I found the same stuff cheaper at other places. Same items, same kind of thing, just for less money elsewhere, so it didn’t really feel worth buying here...

Reading between the lines, this is a really nice desk for the look and finish. The wood has a clean, polished feel and it looks great in the room. I did notice one corner had a tiny rough spot, so it’s not absolutely perfect, but it’s a small thing and doesn’t take away much from the overall look.

I measured my space before ordering, so it was frustrating when it showed up and didn’t fit the way it was supposed to. It’s not a terrible desk, but the size info really should be more accurate.

I was able to find what I needed quickly, and checkout was straightforward. If you're just hopping on to buy a specific item, the site works really well. A couple of pages did load a little slowly for me, but overall it was a smooth experience

I’m kind of regretting this purchase. For what I paid, I expected something a lot better, but it just feels cheap. I kept thinking maybe I was being too picky, but the more I use it, the more I feel like it wasn’t worth the money.

I had a little issue with one of the parts in my order, nothing huge, but you know how these things can go, so I was already bracing myself for a bunch of back-and-forth and having to explain everything ten times.
Instead, support got back to me quickly, didn’t make it weird or difficult, and just sent out the replacement part. It took a few days to arrive, but that was fine, and now the desk is fully set up and good to go. Relieved, and really happy with how they handled it
